Struggling to reduce phone usage?
Consider using Phone Break! In contrast to "Screen Time," which limits app usage, Phone Break suggests creating physical distance between you and your device. This disconnection is achieved by plugging in your phone and moving away from it. You have the flexibility to set goals that align with your daily routine. Below are some practical examples:
<ul>
 <li>Between 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm, as a parent, commit to leaving your phone on charge in the kitchen for at least one hour. This practice ensures that your time with your children is more engaging.</li>
 <li>From 8:00 am to 8:45 am, pledge to leave your phone on charge beside your bed for 30 minutes. This way, you can enjoy your breakfast at the kitchen table without distractions from social media.</li>
 <li>During the initial two hours post-lunch break, aim to keep your phone on charge across the room for a minimum of one hour. This will enable you to concentrate on enhancing productivity.</li>
 <li>Allocate at least one hour each evening to leave your phone charging downstairs. Utilize this time to indulge in a good book instead of endless scrolling.</li>
